The mission of Christ Lutheran Church Family Ministry is to provide an environment for families to help nourish their relationship with God and with one another within the loving embrace and support of a family of faith. There are many opportunities for all to become a part of the faith formation community that is Christ Lutheran, including Sunday School, Village Nights, choirs, youth groups, and community service projects.
Christ Lutheran has youth programs for youth and families from birth through high school.
The Sacrament of Holy Baptism introduces us into the caring community of faith where we can grow in service to God. Baptism is a gift from God to us that shows we belong to the body of Christ, because God wants us.
Confirmation classes are available for youth, beginning in the 7th grade.
Christian education includes Sunday School for all ages from September to mid-June. Junior Church, for children ages 3 through 4th grade, begins after the children's sermon at the 10:30 service.
Worship activity bags are located in the Commons area and are available for use by children during worship.
Child care is available during the 10:30 worship service in the nursery for birth - age 3. If you want to stay in the nursery with your children, audio/visual access to worship is available so you can follow the service. There is also a quiet room available for parents with children that has audio/visual access to worship.
